Francesco Castoldi specialises in administrative, real estate and environmental law.

During his professional career he has given advise on numerous complex transactions (acquisitions, divestments, financing, debt restructuring, etc.) in relation to various real estate assets with different designated uses (retail, office, production, residential, hotel) both for real estate properties and development areas, he is regularly involved in the analysis of property urban/construction and environmental aspects of the assets and in the contractual phase with regard to these aspects.

He has experience in litigation before the administrative court (T.A.R., State Council) in relation to the abovementioned matters.
