Francesco Castoldi focuses on administrative, real estate and environmental law.

Throughout his professional practice, he has provided assistance in numerous development projects all over Italy, with a focus on the feasibility study of the developments, of the possible functionalities (retail, directional, productive, residential, hospitality) and of the related territorial endowments. It also deals with consultancy, due diligence, negotiated town planning and handles relations with public administrations in relation to all development phases (from the presentation of the implementation plan application to the issuance of the building permit, including, if necessary, the expropriation procedure).

He is constantly in charge of structured transactions (acquisitions, share disposals, financing, debt restructuring, etc.) related to real estate assets with various destinations, both for completed buildings and development areas, of the property-urban/building and environmental aspects of the assets, both in the contractual phase and especially in relation to these dynamics.

He also has particular experience in environmental procedures (environmental audits and remediation, waste treatment, integrated authorisations), energy infrastructures, cultural and landscape heritage, and state property.

He has experience in litigation before the administrative court (T.A.R., State Council) in relation to the abovementioned matters.
