Giuseppe Abbruzzese coordinates the town planning practice of the Administrative department and is co-head of the Real Estate department. He is constantly involved in transactions related to the construction, management, buying and selling of shopping malls and offices, logistic and industrial complexes, residential buildings, hospitality structures and tourist villages as well as energy production plants. Expert in administrative law, in particular with reference to town-planning, building, expropriation, environmental and energy issues, he gained remarkable experience in the proceedings for the issuance of administrative authorizations (trade licences for big and medium retail structures, cinematographic, hospitality, oil production and energy production plants) and in the drafting of real-estate contracts (sale and purchase agreements, works contracts, town-planning agreements).
He is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and provides assistance before the TAR (Regional Administrative Courts), the State Council and the Superior Court of Public Waters.
In 2018, Giuseppe has been awarded “Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” at the TopLegal Industry Awards.
