Alessandra Palatini is part of the Administrative Law department, dealing with real estate transactions, public contracts and food law, also assisting clients before the administrative court. She gives advise on transactions related to the construction, management, buying and selling of shopping mall and offices, logistic and industrial complexes, residential buildings, hospitality structures and tourist villages as well as energy production plants.
She gained remarkable experience in the proceedings for the issuance of administrative authorisations (trade licences for big and medium retail structures), for cinematographic, hospitality, oil production structures and energy production) and in the drafting of real-estate contracts (sale and purchase agreements, works contracts, town-planning agreements).
In the context of public contracts and project finance, Alessandra provides assistance both to awarding entities and operators participating to public procedures for the awarding of contracts and concessions.
Alessandra is co-head of the Food Law department and has extensive experience in the food regulation sector, ranging from food safety and quality standards and procedures to food marketing and labeling or consumer protection and information. She assists many clients in launching foreign food products on the Italian market, ensuring compliance with the European and Italian labelling and safety legislations.
