Luca Lombardo is specialized in real estate law, with particular reference to the areas of urban planning (especially value added and negotiated), construction and environmental law.

In addition, he has relevant experience in trade compliance, having supported important companies in the import/export activities of military and dual use products.

This is complimented by previous significant experience in institutional affairs, with a focus in urban and infrastructure matters.

With specific reference to real estate law, Luca provides assistance to leading companies and real estate funds in the entire development and commercialization phase of the real estate product, from the structuring phase of the transaction, acquisition, development and sale of real estate, providing negotiation services, consulting, administrative litigation, due diligence and dealing with the public administration.

Over the years, he has been involved in numerous iconic works and projects, falling within the sectors of energy plants, waste treatment and real estate with the most diverse destinations. He gained significant experience in the procedures for the issuance of administrative authorizations (including historical-artistic and landscape ones) and in real estate contracting (purchases and sales, work contracts, financing contracts, urban planning agreements).

Luca Lombardo also handles the stages of litigation before the Administrative Judge (T.A.R., Council of State) and of the Roman Administrative Chamber.
