Giovanni Troisi is an expert in banking, structured finance and project financing matters. He has been involved in several financing transactions, advising corporate, investment banks and financial institutions.

In particular, he assists financial institutions and real estate funds, with reference to leveraged buyouts, corporate financings, mezzazine and real estate finance transactions, as well as financial debt restructuring matters.

Giovanni is also involved in structured finance transactions and securitisation transaction, with particular focus on the disposal of non-performing loan portfolios (also in the wider context of bank restructuring) as well as bond issues, placed on the domestic and international markets, mini-bonds and other debt securities.
