Francesca Iannò is part of the corporate finance team and deals mainly with civil and commercial law, including M&A, company law and real estate. She has assisted Italian and foreign companies on mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts and real estate transactions.

She has gained an extensive expertise on real estate matters, assisting institutional real estate clients along the entire process of acquiring, starting, performing, ceasing and selling their business in Italy.

Having acquired transversal knowledge on real estate, building, town planning matters, Francesca assisted Italian and foreign companies in the development of their business through the performance of the required corporate actions and extraordinary transactions, the negotiation and execution of a wide set of commercial agreements as well as through the assistance in dealing with day by day real estate issues.

Francesca acted as advisor in some of the most iconic transactions of the past years on the Italian real estate market, ranging from the sale and purchase of highly valued and diversified portfolios, the development or transformation of landmark buildings to the entrance into the Italian market of primary international brands, managing at all times also the relationship with the Public Authorities involved and the relevant processes.

Francesca is experienced in the organization and management of multidisciplinary transactions and her expertise covers a wide variety of asset classes.

As a senior member of the Legance corporate finance and real estate team, she has directly managed the relationship with institutional counterparties and public entities involved in the client’s projects.
