Antonio Spampinato deals mainly with commercial law, real estate law, M&A transactions and commercial contracts, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.

Antonio assists institutional investors, funds, developers and Italian and international companies in the acquisition and disposal of properties and real estate companies, through both asset deals and share deals, focusing in particular on due diligence, the negotiation of the transaction documents and the signing and closing phases, including the negotiation of W&I policies and the management of relationships with insurers.

He has gained specific experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, lease assignments and sale-and-leaseback transactions, private works contracts and technical professional engagements, hotel management agreements and supply agreements, as well as in structuring joint ventures and setting up real estate investment funds. He has worked on transactions and development projects across a range of sectors, including offices, hospitality, logistics, residential, data centres and sports infrastructure. He has also gained significant experience in banking & finance and administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement.
