Riccardo Paganin focuses on M&A, corporate law and financial markets regulation. He advises private equity funds, banks and corporations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, including several major cross-border deals. He gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders agreements and management incentive plans. He graduated summa cum laude from Università Bocconi of Milan and obtained a Ph.D. in Commercial Law from Università Ca’ Foscari of Venice.
