Sven advises international corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions and operations with a special focus on inbound acquisitions in Italy from the DACH area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Nordics. Sven has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in corporate law, commercial contracts and the renewable energy sector. He regularly counsels clients in the real estate investment sector, with a particular regard for tourist resort development projects.

Sven is admitted to practice both in Germany and in Italy and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
