Roberta Patrizia Giannotte focuses on administrative, real estate and tenders law.

She is involved in providing assistance in reference to urban and building aspects in the development of works and projects and she carries out legal due diligence activity related to medium and large sale and logistic and directional centres.

She gained significant experience in the proceedings for the issuance of administrative commercial authorisations and in the drafting of real estate contracts (sale and purchase agreements, works contracts, town-planning agreements).

Roberta has also experience in providing assistance during tenders’ procedures and in litigation before the administrative court (TAR, State Council) and the civil court.
