Donatella Ruggiero practices commercial and corporate law and focuses on M&A (private and public), equity capital markets and real estate.
She assists private equity funds, public and private companies and banks in relation to extraordinary transactions, acquisitions, majority and minority investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, including main transactions in the Italian and cross-border markets. She also assists Italian entrepreneurs in transactions involving the sale of their companies and/or re-investment.
She has significant experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, commercial agreements, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and management incentive plans.
She graduated with the highest grades in 2018 from Luigi Bocconi University (Milan) and has gained study and work experience internationally.
She completed a secondment program in New York (NY) at a leading US law firm in the period 2025 – 2026.
