Antonio Garramone focuses on M&A, corporate law and commercial law. He advises private equity funds, banks and corporations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, including several major cross-border deals, as well as enterpreneures with respect to the sale of their corporations and/or re-investment transactions.

He gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders agreements and management incentive plans.

In 2026, he graduated summa cum laude from Università Bocconi of Milan and, in 2014, he attended the University of California – Hastings College of Law as foregin exchange student.

From 2019 to 2021 he worked as Registered European Lawyer at the London office of Legance – Avvocati Associati.
