Walter Campagna focuses on M&A, corporate and commercial law.
He advises private equity funds, industrial companies and entrepreneurs on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and other strategic transactions, including complex cross-border transactions.
From 2018 to 2019, Walter was based at Legance’s New York office.
He graduated with honours in Law from Bocconi University in 2014.
In 2013, he was a Foreign Exchange Student at Notre Dame Law School (USA).
