Valerio Severo Marotta mainly deals with M&A and corporate and commercial law. He regularly assists investment funds (private equity and venture capital), listed and unlisted companies and financial institutions in relation to extraordinary transactions, with particular reference to mergers and acquisitions and friendly or hostile public M&A transactions.

He graduated from Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II” in 2015 with the highest grade and magna cum laude. In 2016 he obtained a LL.M. at University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a W.B.L.C. at University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2021.
