Valentina Maselli focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, both at national and multi-jurisdictional level, intervening in the pre-contentious phase, in order to identify the best strategies to amicably settle disputes, and in the possible judicial phase. She also focuses on insolvency proceedings, assisting both national and international clients as creditors and debtors in the procedures.
