Daria Pastore assists and represents Italian and foreign companies operating in various industrial and commercial areas in disputes regarding civil, commercial, banking and financial matters. In particular, she represents clients in litigation procedures, including precautionary procedures, in relation to agency, distribution, supply and commercial lease contracts, financial contracts, international sales, unfair competition, product liability, and intellectual property. In recent years, Daria has gained significant experience in litigation in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
