She has developed a broad experience in drafting and negotiating agreements connected with the above matters, providing regularly assistance to private Italian and foreign clients, including international groups, in relation to civil and corporate law issues. She also gained significant experience in real estate disposals related to the establishment and management of closed-end real estate funds.
