Giulia Galeota focuses on M&A, corporate law and insurance law. She advises on mergers, demergers, acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and businesses, as well as joint venture transactions, with a particular focus on the insurance, banking and financial sectors.

In particular, Giulia has developed significant experience in assisting regulated entities, investment funds and industrial investors across all aspects of M&A transactions, covering every stage of the process: from the structuring of complex transactions, to the execution, organisation and coordination of due diligence activities, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the relevant agreements.
