Edoardo Manni mainly focuses on extraordinary transactions such as mergers, demergers, acquisitions, capital increases, tender offers, as well as on corporate law and governance issues, also with reference to listed companies, public companies, banks, insurance companies and other supervised entities.
He has been seconded as consultant at Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (the Italian National Promotion Institution), dealing with the management of the Group’s equity investments as well as M&A transactions. Graduated in Law in 2011, with honors, from Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, he has been admitted to the Bar since 2014.
He is currently PhD candidate in “Consumers and markets” at the Università degli Studi Roma Tre and author of publications on corporate and economic law.
