Andrea Sacco Ginevri advises Italian and foreign clients on corporate matters and M&A transactions, with particular focus on those involving listed companies, banks, insurance companies and other regulated entities. In particular, Andrea has developed specific expertise in the following areas: corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, supervisory discipline, compliance and internal organisation, extraordinary transactions of supervised entities, public offerings and listing of shares, tender and exchange offers and market disclosure, as well as golden powers.

Andrea is also a full professor of economic law at Università degli Studi Roma Tre and a member of the Technical-Scientific Council established by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), called upon to assist the MEF’s Control Room in strategic coordination and in defining policies and directives on the enhancement and development of the capital market.
