Alessandro Airaghi focuses on M&A, corporate law and financial market regulation. He advises corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions in relation to extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts, and corporate reorganizations, including major cross-border deals. He gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts. He graduated summa cum laude from Università Bocconi of Milan in 2010 and obtained an LL.M. degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
