Giovanni Marcarelli focuses mainly on public and private M&A. He advises Italian and foreign companies in relation to extraordinary transactions and special situations, including acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and corporate restructurings. In particular, Giovanni drafts and negotiates the transaction documentation and advises on corporate law matters. Giovanni has been involved in the drafting of insurance product distribution agreements in Italy, for national and foreign companies.
