He also assists sponsors and originators with regard to the structuring and finalisation of a broad range of securitisation transactions (including NPL securitisation transactions). Matteo has gained significant experience in assisting sponsors, arrangers and issuers, in the context in debt capital market transactions involving the issuance of high yield and/or minibonds.
