Guendalina Catti De Gasperi focuses on European and Italian competition law. She advises Italian and foreign clients on all aspects of antitrust law, inter alia on merger control, abuse of dominant position and cartels, before the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Commission, the Competition Authority and the administrative and civil courts. Guendalina also advises clients on regulatory and consumer protection issues, and has strong experience in state aid regulation. She advises companies active in a wide range of industries, and has significant experience in banking and finance, energy, information and communication technology and manufacturing.
