Paolo Ronca has extensive experience in several areas of tax law. He focuses on the structuring of M&A and private equity transactions, including in relation to management incentive plans. He regularly assists corporate groups in respect of domestic and international tax aspects. Paolo is the author of numerous publications in Italian and international tax journals, a speaker at tax conferences, and a member of the Legal & Tax Commission of AIFI (Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).
Francesca Carlesi has gained a wide range of experience in the environmental and energy sectors, advising a large number of domestic and international clients on both contentious and not contentious matters.
She has assisted clients on many environmental matters, such as waste management, clean-up procedures, environmental impact assessment procedures, the IPPC (“integrated pollution prevention and control”) authorization and the so called environmental single authorization (“autorizzazione unica ambientale”), air emission authorization and wastewater discharge authorization.
