Alberto Tedeschi focuses on administrative and regulatory aspects with regard to renewables (solar and wind), gas and natural sources sector and assists national and international companies in relation to project development and acquisitions, diligence activities and the management of underlying issues. He also has developed some experience with energy related arbitrations.
Francesca Sipala gained an extensive experience in the taxation of investment funds, as well as in dealing with the specific tax issues of fund managers, including the structuring of their carried interest rights. She regularly advises and assists fund managers in the context of their fundraising activities, particularly with the classification of the investors for Italian tax purposes, and in the context of day-to-day management, with the computation and classification for tax purposes of the income distributed by investment funds and with the due diligence and reporting activities required by FATCA and CRS rules.
Giovanni Nervo focuses on banking law and structured finance. He is regularly involved in structured finance, factoring and securitisation transactions, and in particular in the dismissal of portfolios of non-performing loans (also in the context of banking restructuring). He has also gained experience in credit derivatives and banking regulation.
