Giovanni Nervo specialises in banking law and structured finance. He is regularly involved in structured finance, factoring and securitisation transactions, and in particular in the dismissal of portfolios of non-performing loans (also in the context of banking restructuring). He has also gained experience in credit derivatives and banking regulation.
