Edoardo Romani focuses primarily on the areas of banking, finance and restructuring. In particular, he advises financial institutions and real estate funds in the context of leveraged buyout transactions, margin loans, mezzanine financings, corporate loans, debt restructuring, real estate and project financing transactions.
Monica Califano gained experience in tax consultancy, with focus on domestic and international issues for both individuals and companies. She also has expertise in assisting national and international groups in the area of M&A transactions with respect to the due diligence activity as well as on corporate and tax re-organizations and in international tax planning. She graduated cum laude from the Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II” in 2010, she has participated in various masters and courses of specialisation in Italy and abroad including the International Business and Foreign Market at the New York University in 2009,
Giorgio Tombolini focuses on litigation, arbitration and ADR with specific reference to civil, corporate, banking, commercial and procurement areas. During his work experiences he has also dealt with cases regarding labour litigation.
He obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Procedural Law at Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, Rome.
Currently he is Research Fellow of Civil Procedural Law at Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, Rome.
He is the author of several publications on Civil Procedural Law.
