Monica Califano gained experience in tax consultancy, with focus on domestic and international issues for both individuals and companies. She also has expertise in assisting national and international groups in the area of M&A transactions with respect to the due diligence activity as well as on corporate and tax re-organizations and in international tax planning. She graduated cum laude from the Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II” in 2010, she has participated in various masters and courses of specialisation in Italy and abroad including the International Business and Foreign Market at the New York University in 2009, Master of specialisation in Business Tax Law at IPSOA Center in 2013 and Academy of American and International Law, International and Comparative Law, at the Southwestern Legal Foundation in Dallas in 2017. Since 2013 she is a professional chartered accountant and she is a LL.M. Candidate in International Tax Law 2019 at the Vienna University of Economics and Business – International Tax Center (WU). She is a member of the committee “International Tax” of the Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Rome (ODCEC).
