Cristiana Visco focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and Private Equity and, in general, corporate transactions, as well as joint ventures, and tender offers in regulated sectors. She gained extensive experience in transactions involving leading private equity funds, both national and international, working on some of the major deals concluded in Italy in recent years including in the infrastructure and energy sectors. In 2018, she completed a secondment at UniCredit S.p.A., during which she worked on a number of M&A transactions as well as assisted with NPE (Non Performing Exposure) deals.

Alessandro Airaghi focuses on M&A, corporate law and financial market regulation. He advises corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions in relation to extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts, and corporate reorganizations, including major cross-border deals. He gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts. He graduated summa cum laude from Università Bocconi of Milan in 2010 and obtained an LL.M. degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
