Giuseppe Taffari has extensive experience in the social innovation field dealing with ESG issues and he provides assistance to benefit companies, B-Corps, innovative start-ups, non-profit organisations, cooperatives and social enterprises. In addition he deals with regulatory issues related to sustainability, also with reference to impact measurement and non-financial reporting tools. He is an associate researcher at the Tiresia research centre of the Politecnico di Milano and collaborates with various training institutions, including the Sole24 Ore Business School and SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Cristiana Visco focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and Private Equity and, in general, corporate transactions, as well as joint ventures, and tender offers in regulated sectors. She gained extensive experience in transactions involving leading private equity funds, both national and international, working on some of the major deals concluded in Italy in recent years including in the infrastructure and energy sectors. In 2018, she completed a secondment at UniCredit S.p.A., during which she worked on a number of M&A transactions as well as assisted with NPE (Non Performing Exposure) deals.
