Luigi Quaratino has a wide experience both in domestic and international taxation, with particular focus on financial transactions, project finance and tax litigation matters.

He regularly advises banks, investment funds, large companies and institutional investors with respect to tax matters related to the issuance of bonds and structured financial products, as well as to securitisation transactions. He also assists borrowers or lenders in both domestic and international complex financing transactions, including in the project financing sector.

He also assists important industrial companies, banks and private equity funds in tax litigation proceedings and in administrative procedures with the Italian tax authorities (including tax audits, tax settlement procedures and ruling requests).
