Silvia Tozzoli has developed a strong interest for Labour Law since her graduation. She started practising in 1999 and acquired significant experience in dealing with all the aspects of employment law, including litigation. She specialises in industrial relations and collective labour law, regularly advising – among others – a large furniture and home product retailer in its bargaining with trade unions. She also focuses on private pension funds, stock option and incentive plans and recently drafted schemes for multinational groups in the financial and medical technology sector, involving Italian and foreign jurisdictions. She has recently assisted a major Italian food/dairy company on the various labour law aspects deriving from a financial crash and the subsequent insolvency procedure.
