Paolo Piccirilli advises on corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures, mergers and demergers and business transfers, both domestic and cross-border.
He assists private equity funds, industrial companies and institutional investors in extraordinary transactions, acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, with significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements.
He also has extensive experience in highly regulated and technology-driven sectors, including fintech, digital payments and telecommunications, advising on both sector-specific M&A transactions and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
He completed a secondment programme at Milbank LLP in New York from April 2025 to January 2026.
