Nicola Balestieri is specialised in administrative law, in particular in the energy & infrastructure industry. He performs due diligence, legal advisory and research activities in relation to projects and public contracts involving renewable energy sources (photovoltaic, wind and biogas plants), as well as fossil fuels (gas).

He dealt with environmental authorisation (EIA, SEA, Single Environmental Authorisation, etc.) and remediation procedures in the context of both the development of industrial sites and real estate projects.
