Marco Iannò, London Resident Partner, leads the London banking and finance team, and is specialised in structured finance, NPLs, insolvency and cross border lending transactions. Due to his ongoing assistance to major players in the Italian and international market he has acquired a significant expertise in structuring securitisation deals and negotiating the relevant transaction documents, with a particular focus on the innovative structures introduced by the Italian Securitisation Law, governance and servicing issues.
He contributes on a regular basis to International law reviews on structured finance and insolvency issues.
