Luca Autuori focuses on banking, finance and restructuring. He advises banks, funds and financial institutions as well as multinationals in connection with financing and other structured finance transactions. Within the restructuring sector he has assisted both debtors and creditors in the major Italian restructuring deals and he has gained an in-depth experience both in restructuring agreements and other extra-judicial matters as well as in court proceedings (such as concordato preventivo).
