Lorenzo Locci provides legal advice on corporate and capital markets law with specific reference both to complex extraordinary transactions and ordinary assistance. He advises both Italian and foreign clients, including listed companies, banks, insurance companies and other supervised entities, on mergers, demergers, acquisitions, share capital increase transactions, corporate governance, public tender offers, as well as on issues related to the application of the so-called “Golden Powers” regulation.
He received his Ph.D. in “Juridical and Political Sciences” at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi of Rome and author of publications focused on corporate law and business law.
