Lorenzo Delcuratolo focuses on civil, commercial, corporate, banking and insurance litigation. He assists clients in court proceedings and in domestic and international arbitration.
His experience includes directors’ and statutory auditors’ liability actions, shareholder disputes and challenges to corporate resolutions, as well as disputes concerning the interpretation and operation of insurance coverage. He also advises on corporate matters and commercial and insurance contracts.
Alongside his professional practice, Lorenzo maintains an ongoing commitment to academia. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Law and Business at Università LUISS Guido Carli, with a research project in insurance law. Since 2022, he has been a teaching assistant at the same University, supporting teaching activities in Commercial Law, European Business Law and Introduction to Business Law. He is the author of publications on corporate, banking and insurance law.
