Leonardo Batini focuses on M&A and corporate law. He advises both Italian and foreign corporations and private equity funds mainly in relation to extraordinary transactions and commercial contracts.
He graduated in law summa cum laude from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and was awarded the Prize for Excellence of the School of Law Law for academic years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, also obtaining an LL.M. with honours in European Union law from Maastricht University (Double Degree programme).
