Jacopo Figus Diaz’s practice focuses on European and Italian competition law. He assists Italian and foreign clients on a wide range of antitrust issues, including restrictive practices, cooperation agreements, abuses of dominance and merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority as well as in litigation before Italian administrative and civil courts and the EU courts. Jacopo also advises on golden power matters. Jacopo has gained significant experience in various sectors, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, media, telecom, aerospace and automotive.

In 2021, Jacopo was named Italian Antitrust/EU & Competition Lawyer of the Year Under 40 by Legalcommunity.
