Francesco Rossi, Counsel in the Dispute Resolution Department, has over eleven years’ experience in assisting domestic and international clients in complex litigation and arbitration disputes. His practice is primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with a specific focus on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and software industries.

He regularly assists leading operators in unfair competition actions, commercial contract disputes, and complex damages actions arising from competition law violations (follow-on actions), both in cartel and abuse of dominance cases. He has also gained considerable experience in handling disputes for companies in the manufacturing and energy sectors.

Francesco also has consolidated experience in the field of international arbitrations, particularly in procedures for the recognition and enforcement in Italy of foreign arbitral awards.

He perfected his academic training with a period of research as Visiting Research Scholar at New York University (NYU) School of Law after graduating with honors from Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”. He has been a member of the Bar since 2016.
