Francesca has significant experience in financial litigation, with particular reference to derivative litigation with public and private entities and in the area of receivables securitization.

In addition, Francesca has acquired solid experience in corporate litigation, with particular reference to the liability of corporate bodies and auditing firms, and in commercial litigation, assisting leading companies, both domestically and internationally, in contractual and product liability, abuse of economic dependence and unfair competition. In recent years, he has developed extensive experience in the assignment of tax credits arising from construction bonuses.

In addition to her expertise in traditional litigation in corporate, financial, and commercial matters, Francesca has solid experience in ESG and climate litigation, advising corporations and financial institutions on managing litigation risks associated with climate change and greenwashing and providing legal assistance in climate litigation, as well as giving numerous lectures and seminars in this area.
