In addition, Francesca has acquired solid experience in corporate litigation, with particular reference to the liability of corporate bodies and auditing firms, and in commercial litigation, assisting leading companies, both domestically and internationally, in contractual and product liability, abuse of economic dependence and unfair competition. In recent years, he has developed extensive experience in the assignment of tax credits arising from construction bonuses.
