Filippo Benintendi focuses on domestic and cross-border takeovers, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, commercial agreements and Italian corporate governance matters. He graduated cum laude from the Università degli Studi di Torino in 2009, he obtained an LL.M. degree in Corporate and Commercial Law at the London School of Economics in 2016 and an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi in 2020. He was admitted to the Bar in 2012 and he is currently Senior Board member of the Finance Club of SDA Bocconi.

In 2024, in The Legal 500, Filippo has been recognised as Rising Star for the Commercial, Corporate and M&A sector.
