Cecilia Chiesa focuses on the areas of banking and financial regulation. She provides assistance to banks, financial intermediaries and other supervised entities on regulatory issues and compliance matters, internal governance, general business activities and authorization and sanction procedures. She is also involved in extraordinary transactions for regulated companies.

She has been awarded with the “Marco Ubertini” award No. 8/2021, issued by Cassa nazionale di previdenza e assistenza forense in July 2022 and the “Tesi d’Eccellenza” award for a.y. 2016/17, issued by LUISS Guido Carli, September 2018.
