He focuses on commercial contracting and consulting activities in the private equity and real estate sectors. He also advises on corporate secretarial activities, also with reference to listed companies.
Valerio Severo Marotta mainly deals with M&A and corporate and commercial law. He regularly assists investment funds (private equity and venture capital), listed and unlisted companies and financial institutions in relation to extraordinary transactions, with particular reference to mergers and acquisitions and friendly or hostile public M&A transactions.
