Edoardo Pieroni is mainly involved in tax consulting on direct and indirect taxes with a focus on corporate and group taxation, M&A and corporate reorganizations and European and International tax law.
He has been involved in some international tax initiatives such as the International Tax Moot Court.
Carlo Donnini is primarily involved in Tax Law, with a focus on direct and indirect taxation of companies and groups. He is involved in structuring extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, re-organizations) and is also involved in advising on European and International Tax Law.
Antonella Capria coordinates the Environmental Law team. She has advised major Italian, European and US clients on environmental and administrative law issues, on corporate environmental policies, risk management as well as health and safety issues.
Antonella also has broad expertise in the energy sector, advising clients in the development of energy and infrastructure projects (fuelled by renewable sources and waste to energy), on environmental permits, environmental impact assessment, regulation of remediations, waste legislation negotiation with public authorities, and administrative litigation issues.
