Annalisa Pangallozzi focuses her activity on project financing transactions, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
She is involved in deals relating to renewable energy plants (photovoltaic, wind, waste-to-energy, biomass and biogas), hospitals, transports (motorways and light rail transport systems), integrated water service and waste management, and her skills include drafting and negotiation of the financing and project documentation (development agreements, EPC and O&M contracts), short-term and long-term PPAs, coordination of due diligence activities, as well as drafting and review of corporate documentation and commercial agreements.
