He is regularly involved in structured finance, factoring and securitisation transactions, and in particular in the dismissal of portfolios of non-performing loans (also in the context of banking restructuring). He has also gained experience in credit derivatives and banking regulation.
Alessia Benedetti focuses on administrative law, particularly on operations relating to the energy sector, carrying out legal due diligence activities in relation to numerous projects, involving both fossil (gas and hydrocarbon) and renewable energy sources (wind power plants, hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass). She has also assisted many national and international companies with regard to administrative law aspects, including urban planning and construction, business authorisations and other permits necessary to carry out the relevant corporate business.
