Giulio Patrizi is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and ADR department and mainly deals with commercial litigation and commercial and investment arbitration.

He regularly assists leading Italian and foreign institutions, companies and multinational groups in all aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings, including the assessment of pre-litigation and pre-arbitration risks, in various areas of law.

Giulio Patrizi has a particular focus on international arbitration (ICC, CAM, DIS, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Arbitration Rules), acting as counsel for the parties and as Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals. He also has experience in arbitration-related proceedings, such as the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Giulio Patrizi is also involved in the study of ESG principles in the field of corporate due diligence and litigation relating to climate change.
